Spanjaard Electrical Insulation Varnish is a high-quality, red-colored, moisture-resistant, and oil-resistant varnish designed for various industrial applications. This versatile insulating medium offers exceptional protection for electrical windings, coils, motor frames, and more. It also serves as an effective sealant for pipes and gaskets.

 

Application:

- Ideal for use on electrical windings, coils, and motor frames to ensure long-lasting insulation.

- Provides reliable protection against arcing, safeguarding controller shafts, switch bases, and other electrical equipment.

- Serves as an efficient sealant for pipes, gaskets, and similar applications.

Application Instructions:

1) Begin by thoroughly degreasing the component you intend to treat, using a safety solvent like Spanjaard Electrical Motor Cleaner. Allow it to dry completely.

2) Shake the can vigorously until the agitator/ball is free.

3) Hold the can approximately 25cm away from the object to be treated, applying one or more thin layers of the product. Allow each coat to dry for approximately three minutes.
