TEXCHAIN HT 220 is formulated based on synthetic esters oil for the most demanding high temperature chain applications. It is manufactured from a blend of esters oil and selected additive for their favourable volatility characteristics as well as their physical and chemical stability at high temperatures. TEXCHAIN HT 220 contain anti-wear additives for additional protection in boundary lubrication from surging loads and extreme temperatures. It also contains inhibitors against corrosion and oxidation. 

TEXCHAIN HT 220 were developed using numerous lab tests and examinations. Owing to its unique UltraPlus Technology, TEXCHAIN HT 220 offers extremely low oil consumption and low carbon residue formation. 

TEXCHAIN HT 220 is designed for the lubrication of conveyor chains and bearings running continuously at high temperatures, up to 280°C, and short periods up to 300°C. It can be used on textile stenters, drying machines and bakery ovens. 

 

Other suitable chain applications in: 

i) mineral and glass wool production. 

ii) latex glove manufacturing 

iii) manufacture of packing films in the food processing and tobacco industries.
